Histoire de faire venir le printemps, la salle Arts de la Médiathèque de Dole propose un voyage en Italie à travers ses collections :
- la peinture : de l'art romain des fresques pompéiennes, au Futurisme et à l'Arte Povera, en passant par l'Âge d'or de la Renaissance et du Baroque...
- le cinéma : avec des noms porteurs de tant d'images : Federico Fellini, Vittorio de Sica, Luchino Visconti, Michelangelo Antonioni, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Ettore Scola, Nanni Moretti ...
- la musique savante, du Moyen-Âge (Paolo da Firenze, Francesco Landini, Matteo de Perugia ) à la période contemporaine (Luigi Dallapiccola, Luciano Berio, Bruno Maderna, Giacinto Scelsi, Luigi Nono, ...), en passant par la Renaissance et la période baroque (Giovani Pierluigi Palestrina, Claudio Monteverdi, Antonio Vivaldi, ...), l'époque classique et romantique (Gioacchino Rossini , Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, ...)
- ... et la chanson populaire dont le patrimoine est très riche et qui, à l'instar, de la chanson française joue sur différentes gammes, de la variété grand public à la chanson à texte..
Sur ce mode, nous présenterons dans les prochains jours, une anthologie d'artistes féminines (On pourra alors se rassurer en constatant que l'Italie compte bien d'autres chanteuses de renom à côté de Gianna Nannini et de Laura Pausini !)

Then I'm an italian musicophile and even if my favourite, and better known, music is the afroamerican improvised one (obviously jazz first) my knowledge and passion includes many musical flavours and generes: (in italian I alway the word in plural form as"musiche") the so called classical (european and american) tradition (you quote many of my favourite from Landini through Monteverdi to Rossini and Beri), (apart from the classical lieder and chanson form)I like great songwriting of the last and ofthis century (american first and then some italian).
So You're intereste I could give a little help to encrease and better describe the story of the italian song of the last century.
A great italian arrranger is a friend of mine (he played with Paolo Conte, Ornella Vanoni, Francesco Guccini...) and I think he could give an help too.
